Questions before you join?

How do I unlock member pricing after/buy?

As when checkout clears, we tag your account “member” and your access unlocks. Log in at Account → you’ll see Member Rates and your perks. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, hit refresh or reply to the order email and we’ll flip the switch.
Can I pause, upgrade, or cancel my membership?

Yup. Go to Account → Manage Subscription. You can pause, upgrade, or cancel anytime. If you cancel, access stays active through the end of your current billing period.
How am I billed and when?

You’re billed on the schedule you choose at checkout. Most plans renew monthly. Boss Build renews yearly. We’ll send a heads-up before renewal and you can change payment details from your account.
What happens if my payment fails?

Your perks temporarily lock, but nothing’s lost. Update your card in Account → Manage Subscription and we’ll retry. Once it clears, your member access re-opens automatically.
Do memberships include sessions or just discounts?

Both. Membership unlocks member rates on sessions and priority booking. Some tiers may include session credits or extras when noted on the plan. Check the plan details on the Subscriptions page before you buy.
